Word, Weave, & Stone is a boutique digital Orthodox Christian press that creates resources for Orthodox women and families. Our mission is to help Orthodox Christians living in modernity to grow attentive in their participation of salvation, build meaningful family culture, and harness their imaginations towards worship and wonder of God. By making our works beautiful and practical, simple and rich, we hope to acknowledge the needs and desires of the feminine soul seeking Christ. *Social Media Policy: "He who has sold himself to vainglory leads a double life. Outwardly he lives with monks, but in mind and though he is in the world." Heeding these words of St John Climacus and the convictions of the Holy Spirit, we have opted out of social media marketing in order to safeguard our salvation and those around us. We hold to the belief that social media is incompatible with the Orthodox spiritual life. Silence, giving in secret, living simply, and refraining from seeking praise or counseling others, are amongst some of the few practices that directly contradict what social media encourages. Please consider supporting our efforts by sharing our website and products with your community the "old fashioned" way-- word of mouth! *AI Statement & Disclosure: Word Weave & Stone is conceived, researched, written, designed, and created by real people. The use of AI has been permitted for marketing stock photography and occasional graphics. We are and will always remain a human business— grown from human experiences, human labor, human care, and human imagination. As we grow, we promise to collaborate with other humans in our mission to give beauty to souls.
