Check dimensions, material, finish, adhesive strength, and the surfaces the sticker is designed for. Waterproof, weather-resistant, dishwasher-safe, removable, and repositionable are different claims, so look for specific testing or care guidance. Clean and dry the surface before applying.

Consider the dignity of any sacred image when deciding where a sticker belongs and how it will eventually be removed or discarded. For vehicles and windows, confirm whether the decal mounts inside or outside and whether the design is mirrored. Multipacks should clearly show the size and quantity of each design.
