Church Incense

Choose church incense with clergy or sacristan input. Compare resin base, fragrance profile, piece size, smoke output, and package weight. A blend that is pleasant in a large nave may be overwhelming in a small chapel, and different charcoal or censer setups can change how it burns.

If possible, test a small quantity before buying in bulk. Store incense sealed in a cool, dry place so fragrances do not mingle or fade. Use only on suitable liturgical charcoal in a proper censer, with ventilation and trained handling. Check for ingredient disclosures when clergy, servers, or parishioners have fragrance sensitivities.
