Postpartum Herbal Healing Bath Blend

Postpartum should be a time of relaxation, rejuvenation and recovery. We need a lot of support to help our bodies inside and out during this time. A great way to help with this process is taking an herbal bath. It can be relaxing, stress relieving, and also healing! This blend is made up of Organic herbs such as Calendula, Lavender and Yarrow with Epsom salts. It is great for Sitz baths or soaking and promotes healing and comfort after birth! The blend is good for 3 baths and includes three cotton bags to steep the herbs in as well as instructions on how to use them.
